The company was established in early 1996 with the purpose of evaluating, improving and re-introducing action sports products to the market in exciting new forms. The main focus of winter sports to date has been the Monoski, which in the SNOWSHARK line has shown the viability of this exciting and under developed sport. It is our intent to aggressively develop Monoskiing as the true alternate to two skis and a high performance alternate to the snowboard.
 
Manufacturing is done in house with a minimum of out sourcing. Emphasis is put on up to date composite materials that are currently available. It is our opinion that most products on the market today can be substantially improved in design, performance and structural integrity. That is our commitment.
